Shibawanko no Wa no Kokoro

A Shiba-inu named Shiba-wanko and a calico cat named Miike-nyanko share a home in a traditional Japanese-style house featuring a tokonoma. Shiba-wanko is kind and diligent, handling all household chores, while Miike-nyanko is more temperamental and avoids housework. The pair explores various aspects of Japanese culture, including hospitality, New Year traditions, and wearing kimonos. Each episode focuses on a theme related to "Wa," the spirit of peace and harmony, reflecting seasonal changes. The series is based on a Japanese children's book by Yoshie Kawaura.
