She acknowledges that her long-standing, easygoing relationship with Kousei, which dates back to their childhood, has fundamentally altered due to Kaori's presence. Furthermore, Tsubaki is forced to recognize that her own romantic feelings for Kousei have evolved, creating internal conflict as she navigates these emotional changes alongside the concern for her friend's condition.
