Kosuri forces Tanukichi to flee a bus before she and White Peak take hostages to Zoshigaoka Academy. Tanukichi meets Hyouka, who explains how Anna was brainwashed into believing her actions are righteous. Meanwhile, Gathered Fabric makes demands as students change into fresh panties, exciting Otome. Tanukichi and Ayame assess the crisis while Kosuri plans tactics with Gathered Fabric. White Peak reveals he does not intend to start a revolution, causing Kosuri to try and immobilize him. Tanukichi executes a risky plan to recruit Anna into SOX. Otome helps the students escape while Ayame and Anna defeat White Peak. Following a public speech by Ayame, Kosuri returns to SOX and acknowledges Ayame as her master again.
