Mao and his companions arrive in Shanghai, known as the City of Devils. They are greeted by Sanjie, a former senior apprentice of Mao. The local culinary underworld has already infiltrated the Shanghai Chef's Grand Alliance, taking its leaders hostage, including Sanjie's father. With the alliance compromised and its leadership captured, the conflict escalates. Mao and his friends must now engage in a fierce struggle against the cooking underworld to secure Shanghai's legendary cooking utensil and rescue the captured officials.
