Azami suspects Klara of involvement in the Moscow Combat Revue incident and recruits Clarissa Snowflake to spy on her. They discover Klara is caring for an adopted kitten, while Valery’s demand for her custody is denied by Sumire pending WLOF orders. When Klara is attacked by a demon resistant to Azami’s weapons and Claris’ magic, she boosts Claris’ spell to defeat it. Black Cape attempts to abduct Klara but is stopped by White Cape, Sakura, and Hatsuho. Azami later deduces Klara possesses an ability that enhances others’ spiritual power. Concluding she is not a threat, Azami and Claris decide to protect her instead.
