Mahmut successfully negotiates an alliance with Regatul Urado. At the same time, tensions rise in Venedik after the Republic of Rizolani violates the Centro's unspoken rule regarding pirate attacks against the Empire. Concerned by this breach, Venedik's Doge Lucio dispatches Brega to Rizolani to investigate their intentions and assess the potential threat posed by their actions.
