Sakata’s older brother is obsessed with the baby seal Goma-chan and frequently daydreams about owning it. To ensure Goma-chan prefers Sakata over Ashibe, Sakata devises a plan to give the seal a gift. He intends to present a chocolate-covered fish to win the animal's favor. However, the scheme fails when Goma-chan unexpectedly splashes him with cold water, ruining the offering and the attempt to secure the seal's loyalty.
