Teppei has recently transferred to Kaimei Academy and is urged by his classmate Bossun to become a member of the Sket-dan. Shortly after these events, he is targeted by an assailant known as Paint Mask, a mysterious figure who attacks using paint. This encounter introduces a new conflict for the newly arrived student as he navigates his integration into the school club and confronts this unusual threat.
