Ep. 2: Kanata Discovers Rio's Dream of Rebuilding Airplanes Amidst Ruins and War

Kanata struggles to define her dream when Mishio asks about it. After receiving a letter from the Roman Emperor for Rio, Kanata searches for her in town, where she meets Yumina and learns the context of the question. Naomi and Maria reveal that Rio may have wandered off. Kanata finds Rio at some ruins, where Rio discusses the true story of the Maidens of Fire shared by Aisha and explains that many wars occur outside of Seize. That night, Rio takes Kanata on a hot air balloon ride, revealing her dream to rebuild an airplane. The following day, after Kanata is selected to play the role of a fire maiden, she decides her own dream is to follow Rio on her dream.
