The girls visit Elena’s home, where they learn about her family’s Mexican heritage and passion for music and dance. The next day, Elena’s brother Touma feels embarrassed by their unique traditions and runs away. Lala pursues him, explaining that cultural differences are not strange. Suddenly, Tenjou arrives with the Scorpio Star Color Pen and transforms Touma into a giant Notray. Elena declares her love for her family despite their quirks, which allows her to retrieve the pen and save Touma. This act successfully revives the Scorpio Star Princess.
