Ep. 19: The girls reach Rainbow Planet and discover petrified cats and Blue Cat's hidden Star Color Pen stash.

Upon arriving at Rainbow Planet, the group finds its feline inhabitants turned to stone and locates Blue Cat's treasure, which includes a Star Color Pen. Eyeone appears, admitting she petrified the citizens while experimenting with the Aries Dark Pen. During the ensuing conflict, Eyeone captures Fuwa, who detects a familiar scent from Eyeone's butler, Bakenyan. Bakenyan reveals himself as Blue Cat, a Rainbow resident who infiltrated the Notraiders to steal the pens. Enraged, Eyeone uses a Dark Pen to create a Notrigger from a petrified citizen. Lala realizes the victims still have hearts and can be restored. Blue Cat uses a flash grenade to prevent Eyeone from stealing the Gemini Star Color Pen. After the Cures defeat the Notrigger and revive the Gemini Star Princess sisters, they offer assistance. Blue Cat, doubting their ability to help, uses a smoke pen to escape with Fuwa and the Cures' pens, believing they are the only way to restore her ruined world.
