Siren manipulates Hibiki into fighting Kanade, leading to their entry in a Best Friends tournament. Hummy proposes a body-swap day to foster reconciliation. Hibiki joins Kanade’s family, while Kanade stays at Hibiki’s home, where she realizes his loneliness amidst his parents' absence. By the next morning, the two reconcile. However, Siren attempts to sabotage their renewed friendship by claiming Hibiki should not remain with Kanade.
