Hibiki and Kanade invite Ellen to the beach, where the Lucky Spoon is hosting a sand art contest. Ellen accidentally destroys the Sand Hummy sculpture they constructed together. To ensure this mishap does not damage their friendship, Hibiki and Kanade assist her in rebuilding the figure. Before they can finish, the Trio Minor arrives and transforms the Sand Hummy into a Negatone. Although they do not win the competition, Ellen acknowledges that she enjoyed the experience. The group focuses on maintaining their bond despite the contest outcome and the interference of the Trio Minor.
