The Minor Trio infiltrate Major Land to capture Aphrodite, demanding the Cure Modules for her release. The girls travel there to confront Falsetto, transforming after Mephisto assists in rescuing Aphrodite. While Mephisto battles the Noise-powered Bassdrum and Baritone, the Cures engage Falsetto, whose attacks prove ineffective. To save Bassdrum and Baritone, Mephisto absorbs their Noise power, risking his life to destroy it. When Bassdrum and Baritone are severely injured protecting Aphrodite from Falsetto, the girls surrender their Heart Tone Keys, completing the Melody of Sorrow.
