Inspectors seize North American military bases, causing Federation chaos. Archibold of Neo D.C. captures Riksent Duchey for funds. The Battle Carrier Hiryuu Kai joins the Hagane. Kyosuke, Excellen, and pilots attempt to recover Riksent. Rai, enraged by Archibold killing his sister-in-law, attacks him, endangering the group. Latooni and Shine deploy new armored modules called Fairlions to intervene. The situation escalates as the team faces Archibold's forces while trying to secure the captured territory and protect their allies from the immediate threat posed by the enraged Rai and the opposing Neo D.C. troops.
