A typhoon is currently in progress. Tanaka formulates a plan to walk to school during the storm, reasoning that the strong wind will push him directly into the building, thereby surprising Oota. He steps outside to execute this strategy. However, the actual force of the wind proves too intense for him to withstand. He is unable to continue his journey as the weather conditions are far more severe than anticipated, preventing him from reaching his intended destination.
