Tezuka competes against Eishirou Kite, the captain of Higa Chuu. Kite demonstrates an extreme willingness to win by throwing small pebbles at Tezuka during the match. In response, Tezuka reveals his true form by utilizing Hyaku Ren Jitoku no Kiwami, also known as The Pinnacle of Hard Work, to counter his opponent's aggressive and unconventional strategies.
