A vampire known as Earl Dracula, along with his daughter Chocola and servant Igor, resides in a Western-style home in Tokyo's Nerima Ward. Each night he ventures out, he encounters disturbances that lead to unintended trouble for local residents. As no one in Japan believes in vampires, his existence causes confusion and problems within the community.
