Xie Lian returns to the Heavenly Capital and discloses the truth regarding the banquet massacre to Junwu. While these events deepen Xie Lian's trust in Hua Cheng, Junwu becomes increasingly suspicious of him. Subsequently, Xie Lian departs heaven and travels toward the ruins of Xian Le. Upon arriving to view his parents' coffin, he discovers that someone is already waiting for him at the site.
