Riku is discovered to be spending the New Year alone at his residence. In an effort to keep him company, Sayuri, Tsukasa, and Mina independently decide to visit his home. Each character remains unaware that the others have made the exact same plan to drop by, leading to a coincidental convergence of intentions as they all aim to spend the holiday together with him.
