Ep. 9: Hinami moves in with Touka and Kaneki following the Mado battle

In this district, the police force struggles to contend with a group of formidable ghouls who show no fear of law enforcement. This narrative highlights the personal adjustments of the characters while introducing new threats facing the authorities in the 11th ward.
