Ep. 5: The party faces a giant snake, explores a desert floor, and defeats Behemoth.
Fel, Dora, and Sui defeat an S rank Vasuki snake before reaching floor 23, known for giant monsters. After eating orc soup and sandwiches, they meet the A rank party Tempest, and Mukouda gives a healing potion to an injured member. Mukouda also loots a magic bag. They proceed to floor 30, an uncharted desert where Sui nearly melts from heat. Mukouda provides ice cream, sports drinks, heating pads, and Rock Bird udon to manage the extreme temperature shifts. The group enters the final boss room to fight Behemoth, whose skin resists magic and physical attacks. They discover Sui's acid weakens the skin, allowing them to slay the beast. Behemoth drops the adamantite lightning sword Caladbolg. Mukouda celebrates with a feast of fried foods, including rockbird karaage, Japanese fried meats and vegetables, and American corn dogs.
