Hamtaro desires to accompany Laura outside, but she decides to leave him behind, believing he is developing a cold. Hamtaro overhears her comment that he has been acting strangely, which causes him emotional distress. Feeling rejected and misunderstood, he decides to depart on a journey alongside Jingle. Their goal is to locate the legendary cloak of the wind. This adventure stems directly from Hamtaro's reaction to Laura's perceived rejection and his desire to prove his well-being through a significant quest.
