On Valentine's Day, Sparkle visits Sweet Paradise to find a gift for Hamtaro. There, she observes Lapis and Lazuli harvesting seeds from a tree. Lapis explains that these are her latest creation, known as "suki suki" seeds. Sparkle worries that Lapis intends to use the seeds to make Hamtaro fall in love with her. Consequently, Lapis provides Sparkle with three of the seeds to give to Hamtaro instead. However, Sparkle struggles to keep the gifts, losing them one by one during her attempts to deliver them. The episode follows her efforts to recover the scattered seeds and successfully present them to Hamtaro before the day ends.
