Simultaneously, the Awataguchi tantou gather under the same tree, reflecting on their older brother who has not yet appeared. Aware of their desires, Yamatonokami Yasusada devises a strategy to address their situation. The narrative alternates between Toushirou's challenging delivery and the group's contemplation, highlighting the interconnected fates of these characters as they navigate their respective circumstances within the citadel setting.
