Autobots evacuate Cybertron from a black hole threat while Starscream attacks as a decoy. Landmine is injured and saved by Vector Prime, who opens a space bridge to Earth. There, Coby, Bud, and Lori find the drifting Landmine. He explains that Unicron’s destruction caused the black hole, prompting Optimus to send Jetfire to scan vehicles for transport. Vector Prime arrives, revealing the need for Cyber Planet Keys to save the universe. Thundercracker attacks Landmine on Earth, but Optimus intervenes. Megatron later ambushes Vector Prime, stealing the planet map after defeating Scattershot. Vector Prime summons Minicons and notices Lori’s shirt bears the Seal of Atlantis. He deduces the Omega Lock is on Earth, offering a way to find another map, thus beginning their new mission.
