Autobots unite to save planets from Galvatron's black hole and planetary destruction

The Autobots divide forces to locate Galvatron, who manipulates a black hole, while others assist Earth during severe storms and meteor showers. Jetfire and Evac aid Earth, while Override rescues inhabitants on Velocitron as roads collapse. A powerful force pulls the Jungle Planet through a space bridge, prompting the Autobots to use Primus to create an evacuation bridge, though storms threaten its stability. Leobreaker departs from Ogygia to assist. On the Jungle Planet, Scourge remains behind until Snarl intervenes, causing his emotions to transform the temple into the Hyperborea spaceship. Override rallies Velocitron residents for aid. Evac and Crosswise travel to the North Pole. After the black hole consumes the Jungle Planet, Evac and Jetfire gather all Autobots and Earth Decepticons. Finally, Primus’s power merges the four ships into the Ark.

Autobots and Planetary Leaders Unite to Defeat Galvatron and Restore Cybertron

The Autobots engage Galvatron to retrieve the Omega Lock and Planet Keys, but he uses the Keys to empower his troops. Planetary leaders confront Galvatron, who reveals his plan to destroy the universe via a black hole. United by outrage at his disregard for comrades, the five leaders defeat him using their Cyber Keys. Galvatron throws the artifacts into the black hole to cause an implosion. Optimus Prime retrieves the Omega Lock, guided by Coby, and hears Vector Prime’s voice. The items awaken Primus, who uses the Ark’s cannon to destroy the black hole. Primus transforms back into a restored Cybertron with cities and vegetation. Galvatron’s minions abandon him, and the children on Earth reunite with their families.

Optimus Prime and Galvatron engage in a final battle on Cybertron for the fate of Jungle Planet.

On Cybertron, Optimus Prime questions Galvatron’s motivation, noting that Starscream’s encouragement was merely imaginary. While Autobots construct rocket engines to restore Jungle Planet, Galvatron sabotages the boosters and challenges Optimus to a duel in the command center. Former Decepticons, now freed from Galvatron’s control, assist the Autobots in this effort. The combatants inflict severe damage on each other, with Galvatron severing one of Optimus’s wings using an energy scimitar. Vector Prime’s ghost appears to Optimus, urging him not to lose and granting him the power of his sword. Utilizing the Matrix of Leadership, Optimus transforms into a golden mode resembling the planet leaders. The two leaders clash with swords until Optimus destroys Galvatron, who mutters his final words before disintegrating, marking his death.
