Tsubasa to Hotaru (2016)

A 15-year-old high school girl named Tsubasa Sonokawa develops feelings for an upperclassman after he helps her when she faints at a train station due to anemia. Believing their encounter to be fate, she visits him daily, but he rejects her, saying her emotions are a burden. Later, Tsubasa takes over her friend Yuri's role as manager of the boys' basketball team, where she meets another boy named Aki and begins to realize they may share a deeper connection.
