The Space Battleship Yamato continues its journey toward Terezart. During the voyage, the vessel encounters a swarm of space-born organisms that endanger both the crew's stability and the ship's integrity. Amidst this threat, Teresa makes contact once more. In response to the situation, Zworder sends a new ally alongside an old adversary of Yamato to defeat the Earth vessel. These combined forces aim to stop the ship as it navigates the dangers posed by the mysterious organisms and the escalating conflict.
