Fuko and Andy travel to the area immediately outside Chikara’s school to await his response regarding membership in the Union. During this encounter, Rip, who was previously believed to be deceased, suddenly materializes in the form of a young boy. Chikara happens to overhear the ongoing conversation between the group. This unexpected reunion and the clandestine discussion regarding the Union create a tense situation as Chikara listens in on their plans and interactions without their immediate knowledge.
