After the Evil King strips their abilities, Joe, Sylvia, and Blue Jr. discover that the original film used to animate Captain Blue contains immense power. By harnessing this "white film" of hope, they restore their strength tenfold and defeat the ultimate villain. Blue recognizes the enemy as a manifestation of human darkness that persists through despair. The group unites their heroism to extinguish this evil permanently, allowing the film festival to resume. Life returns to normal, with Jet and Blue resuming their filmmaking friendship and Junior starring in his own movie. Joe’s relationship with Sylvia is solidified as they prepare for a proper date, free from past trauma. Outside the theater, a group of children asks if they can become heroes like him. Joe and Sylvia, joined by Junior, transform one last time, with Joe declaring that the future hero lies within them.
