By 2099, medical advancements have eliminated disease and injury through the use of Somadea, a technology that enhances physical capabilities beyond human limits. However, this progress has led to a rise in crimes involving illegally modified Somadea units. To combat this, the government introduced a Bounty Hunter System, allowing registered civilians to kill designated criminals and collect rewards based on turning in the targets' brains, regardless of whether they are alive or dead. Ubu Kamigori earns her living as one such bounty hunter. After returning from a job, she discovers an old associate, Mr. Elegance, waiting at her home, setting off a chain of events that alters her path. The story unfolds as a blend of mechanical technology and conflict, following the unfolding of this action-driven narrative.
