Junna’s father gifted him a wish-granting dial at an excavation site, leading to a world where Junna meets Senna, who died during conception but exists as a soul. Tomo explains that this reality required compensation: the deaths of Junna’s parents and Haruhi’s existence within his dreams. Although Haruhi was not meant to be in this world, she crossed over after Junna abandoned her in his dreams, becoming his childhood friend. Because Haruhi and Senna cannot coexist, the worlds are destabilizing, causing city-wide fog. Tomo presents Junna with a critical choice: remain in his current life with Senna or return to his original reality with his parents and Haruhi.
