Wake up!! TAMALA

In 2050, a boy named TAMALA rescues a bee from a street gutter. The bee, named Kuronosuke, is the last of the cat world and takes TAMALA on a journey through time, exploring Earth's history of biodiversity. They witness the destruction of nature as modern civilization progresses, eventually reaching a barren land where all animals have gone extinct. With no food left, TAMALA nears death, and Kuronosuke offers to be eaten to help her survive.
