To safeguard Nico, the crow familiar Kanshi Kazamatsuri manifests before her and Morihito. This tengu formerly resided in the mountain where Nico completed her training. Ibuki requests that Kanshi guard Nico, similar to Morihito's role. However, Kanshi identifies Morihito as an adversary due to his ogre nature. Despite this hostility and the tension between the characters, it appears that Kanshi will reside with both Nico and Morihito. The familiar's presence introduces a complex dynamic as he navigates his duty to protect Nico while viewing Morihito as a rival, leading to an unexpected living arrangement that challenges the existing relationships within the group.
