Three extraterrestrial agents arrive on Earth to assess whether the planet should be destroyed due to its potential threat to the universe. They use a spherical device with two antennae, referred to as an anti-proton, solar, or neutron bomb. Initially humanoid, the agents—Captain Bokko, Nokko, and Pukko—transform into a rabbit, a horse, and a duck after capturing these animals as Earth specimens. They travel in a high-speed, tire-shaped vehicle named the Big Wheel, which operates on land, water, and, with adjustments, in the air. The series addresses themes such as environmental issues and economic hardship, which were considered progressive for animated content at the time.
