XPICE

A collaborative animated short features a rock band and a creative company, centered on a city under threat from a secret organization. Two members of the hero group XPICE—Red Pepper and Wasabi—work to defend Kokyo, a diverse metropolis. Red Pepper uses powerful strikes to confront enemies, while Wasabi tends to the injured with her healing abilities. Despite their outward success, Wasabi questions her role as a hero. When an alert signals that Red Pepper is in peril, Wasabi musters the strength to act, finding clarity and courage in the moment.
