One day, he falls down the stairs alongside honor student Shiraishi Urara. Both lose consciousness during the incident. When Yamada regains awareness in the school infirmary, he discovers he has physically transformed into Shiraishi. This sudden change forces him to confront his new identity while navigating the consequences of the accident that led to this bizarre situation.
