An overweight otaku enters his younger sister Miho's room to retrieve a manga but becomes trapped beneath the bed. Hearing Miho return with her friend Risa, he hides and listens as they discuss recent strange occurrences in the room. Miho blames her brother, but Risa claims to sense something wrong. When a poster falls, the brother drops the manga, causing the girls to shriek. Risa warns Miho not to look under the bed, and they flee the room. As the brother attempts to crawl out, a woman with a gaunt, pale face and black hair grabs his ankles and drags him back under the bed.
