Karen visits Nuts House and observes people throwing coins to enter a game show. Although she is invited, she declines due to her aversion to gambling. On the day of the broadcast, she receives a call from Komachi, who explains that Kurumi cannot participate because she is too nervous. Consequently, Karen agrees to substitute for Kurumi. Upon arriving at the studio, she finds the environment strange and discovers that Nozomi and others are tied up. This sudden turn of events forces Karen to navigate the unexpected situation while standing in for her friend during the live recording.
