On Nozomi's birthday, Bunbee pursues a girl named Chocola from another world. Pretty Cure intervene and rescue her, after which Chocola brings them to her homeland, the Dessert Kingdom. This land features rivers of juice and candy trees, offering a pleasant environment. However, the villains Mushiban, Dry, and Bitter appear with plans to conquer the kingdom and transform Pretty Cure into sweets. The heroes must battle Dry and Bitter, as well as Coco, who has been manipulated by Mushiban. Their goal is to protect Nozomi's birthday and the Dessert Kingdom.
