Ep. 1: Yuushi seeks dorm housing after his school residence burns down

Yuushi, a young student, aspires to leave his uncle's house and reside in the dormitory at his local business high school. However, his plans are abruptly halted when the school dormitory is destroyed by fire. With no other housing options available, Yuushi finds himself without a place to stay. Consequently, he is forced to relocate into an apartment building inhabited by monsters. This unexpected living arrangement presents a significant challenge for Yuushi, who must now adapt to his new environment while pursuing his educational goals.
