Hailey tries to gather evidence by combining several Yo-kai to help Phonius capture the Goatman on camera. Meanwhile, at school, Nate attempts to protect a Flumpy egg due to their declining population. His classmates become increasingly attached to him, even following him into the restrooms. This behavior is caused by them being inspirited by the Yo-kai Flocktopus, which draws large groups of people to Nate. The episode features segments regarding the mysterious Goatman, the endangered status of the Flumpy species, and the chaotic influence of the Flocktopus on Nate's daily routine.
