Nate, Whisper, Jibanyan, Komasan, and Kyubi are compelled to perform the narrative of Journey to the West. This requirement is imposed upon them by the movie director known as Yo-kai Directator. The group finds themselves in a situation where they must act out this specific story under the direction of the aforementioned Yo-kai.
