Yuuya Sakaki, an eighth grader aspiring to be an Entertainment Duelist, trains daily at You Show Duel School with his childhood friend Yuzu. He receives a written invitation from Pro Duelist Strong Ishijima for an exhibition match. Amidst a large crowd, the two begin their Action Duel. Yuuya initially defends against Strong Ishijima's attacks with excitement but is eventually pushed into a corner. Just as he faces defeat, a dazzling light shines from his pendant, marking a pivotal moment in his duel against the professional opponent.
