Pegasus warns Yugi, Joey, Tristan, and Téa about a new danger, leading them to Industrial Illusions for answers. Simultaneously, Dartz dispatches Mai Valentine to capture Pegasus’s soul. Kaiba discovers that Pegasus is buying out his company shares. Pegasus then issues a duel challenge to Kaiba regarding the acquisition. The group travels to investigate the threat while Mai pursues her mission to seize Pegasus’s soul.
