Ep. 39: Yugi confronts Pegasus in the final stage of the Millennium Match

Pegasus’s Sacrifice monster captures Yuugi’s Dark Magician, while a time bomb threatens to destroy it and deplete Yuugi’s life points. Jonouchi, Honda, and Anzu collaborate to assist Yuugi and shield Yami Yuugi from Pegasus’s mind-reading abilities. After rescuing the Dark Magician, Yami Yuugi summons the powerful Magician of Black Chaos, securing his victory. Despite this win, Pegasus escapes before he can release the sealed souls.
