Luke volunteers to duel Schubel Quill, a chief of staff for the Heavy Cavalry Duel Club, to make amends for falling into Pidgettrap's trap during the Trumpet Duet Tournament. However, Schubel mounts his Heavy Cavalry and reveals that Pidgettrap, the pigeon sitting on his left shoulder who also serves as a chief, will be the actual opponent instead.
