The battles within the Sargasso the Different Dimension Battlefield persist as Yuma and Astral seek to finally defeat Vector by utilizing the ZEXAL technique. However, Vector's psychological manipulation triggers a dark reaction in Astral, causing him to attack Yuma. This conflict results in the unintended fusion of the two into Dark ZEXAL. Meanwhile, the oppressive environment of Sargasso continues to push Shark and Kaito further into retreat, complicating their efforts to counter the advancing threat.
