While exploring Paris, Ichigo becomes separated from her group on the subway and encounters Ricardo, an Italian international student who also represents the main branch team. Upon reuniting with Kashino and the others, the Sweets Princes grow jealous as Ricardo flirts with Ichigo. During the Cake Grand Prix welcoming party, Team Ichigo crosses paths with Lemon, a member of Ricardo’s team. To determine the match pairings, the sweets spirits must complete an obstacle course. Following this challenge, the Heiress appears and announces the results, setting up a confrontation between Team Ichigo and Team Ricardo.
